Local orders:  Enter LOCAL in the discount code and shipping charges will be removed. Leave me a note with your order and we can arrange pick up.

For small packages we ship Canada Post Letter Mail and for larger orders (2 1/2 plus yards) we ship Canada Post Expedited.

Canadian orders will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days plus processing time which I strive to keep to one day whenever possible.
USA orders will be delivered in 8 to 14 business days plus processing time.  The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties and/or processing fees.
We love our international friends but at this time we aren't shipping outside of Canada and the USA.

Lost or Undelivered Purchases

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for undelivered purchases.  Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery.  You can also contact us and we will assist in any way we can to locate your missing package.  We will not offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.
